After studying a degree in Civil Engineering at Loughborough University Steve chose to focus on his strongest subject, geotechnics after graduation. He spent seven years at Rock and Alluvium in a variety roles including Construction and Technical Manager enabling him to achieve Chartered Engineer status with the ICE at the earliest opportunity. Steve has given lectures and authored a number of research papers for universities. Since moving to Central Piling he has particularly concentrated his efforts on business growth, performance and improvement.
