Malcolm joined Van Elle in June 2019. He has 20 years’ experience in ground engineering and deep foundation construction in the UK, since joining Stent Foundations as a graduate engineer in 1997 and progressing to Managing Director of Balfour Beatty Ground Engineering from 2013. He is responsible for overseeing Van Elle's piling and housing divisions.
