Kalisha is an Associate in Ramboll’s London geotechnical team and has over 10 years’ experience managing and delivering geotechnical solutions for multidisciplinary developments across complex and constrained sites. Project highlights include 2 Finsbury Avenue, Westbury Hotel and The International Quarter Stratford. Kalisha has a strong track record of delivering technical excellence with a sustainable design approach. Kalisha completed a degree in Civil Engineering at Imperial College London and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers. She is also an advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion and has had a leading role in advancing the race agenda at Ramboll over the last 5 years. She has recently taken on a key role in shaping and embedding the company’s approach to Social Value.
